Subscriptions

Subscriptions repeat on the schedule shown when you subscribe. Your order emails include a link to manage them.

You're in control. Skip a delivery, pause, change how often it comes, or cancel. You can cancel future renewals online at any time. If you live in BC, you may also cancel an automatic renewal after it begins and receive any refund required by BC law. To change an order before it is charged, make the change before that charge. Contact us about an order already charged or a legal cancellation right.

Shipping. Your subscription's shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout.

Forgot to cancel? Once per customer, we also offer a courtesy refund for an unopened subscription order if you email support@freshfield.life within 7 days of the charge. You can keep that order. This extra offer does not limit cancellation, delivery or faulty-goods rights.
