Shipping
We ship to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.
Where your order ships from. Orders ship from in-country stock in Canada, the US and the UK, so you are not charged import duties on these orders.
When it leaves. We aim to ship promptly. If we cannot ship by the shipping time stated when you order, or within 30 days if none is stated, we will notify you by that deadline and offer you the choice to accept a delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. We will give a revised shipping date when we can reasonably estimate one. For UK orders, if we have not agreed a different delivery period with you, we must deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of your order.
Estimated delivery after dispatch.
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days
- Expedited: 2 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
What it costs. Your shipping cost, and any free-shipping threshold that applies to your cart, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
