This has oranges for vitamin C to prevent skin damage and keep the immune system humming along nicely and beta carotene from the carrots for night vision.Ā Kidding, you wonāt be able to see in the dark just by eating carrots but theyāre still good for you.ā
ā Ingredients:ā
3 oranges (segmented, laid on a pan and frozen)ā
1 or 2 large carrotsā
1 bananaā
2-4 dates (adjust to depending on your preferred level of sweetness)ā
1 tsp of vanilla ā
1/2 cup of coconut creamā
1 ā 15 ounce can of light coconut milk ā
Coconut whip and/or coconut cream for garnishā
ā And put it all in the blender!Ā If you donāt freeze the oranges, no biggie.Ā You can always just add a bit of ice!Ā And if it ends up being too thick, just add water till itās the right consistency!ā
